Insurance

Some health insurance companies will reimburse you for part or all of the fees you pay for sessions with a licensed professional counselor.  However, this depends upon your insurance provider and your specific insurance plan.  If you wish to seek reimbursement for the services I provide to you, I can give you a receipt that contains the information that most insurance companies require, and you may submit this directly to your insurance provider.  Know that insurance will require a mental health diagnosis to be made. You are fully responsible for the up-front and ongoing payment of your fees, and I cannot guarantee you will be able to obtain reimbursement.

 Some questions to keep in mind when determining whether to use insurance:

• Does my insurance cover mental health?

• Do I have a deductible to meet before services are covered?

• Do I need a referral from my Primary Care Physician or do sessions need to be authorized prior to starting?

• How many sessions are covered?

• Does my plan work with Out of Network Providers and how much is covered?

Reduced Fees

I offer a limited number of time of service discounts for clients who are experiencing financial hardship.

I offer a free 20 minute consultation to discuss your concerns and for us to determine if we would be a good fit.

Payments

Payments are due at the time of service. Cash, Check and Cards are all accepted.
